Director, Finance & Corporate Services

Abronhill Housing Association is pleased to confirm that Audrey Murphy was appointed as the Association's permanent Director on 1 July 2026, following a period as Interim Director since January 2024. Audrey provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, governance advisor to the Management Committee in delivering its vision for growth, consolidation, and continued improvement of services for tenants and the wider community. 

Supporting the Association's financial and administrative functions is Jackie Daisley, Finance & Administration Officer. Jackie is responsible for the efficient processing of invoices, payroll, tenant credits, and other financial transactions, while also liaising closely with the Association's accountants, FMD Financial Services Ltd. This ensures the Association continues to meet its regulatory, governance, and financial management obligations. 

Property Maintenance Services

Our Property Maintenance Team is led by Maintenance Officer Andrew Moore, supported by  a part time Maintenance Assistant Administrator,  Claire Douglas. The team is responsible for ensuring our homes are maintained to a high standard through the appointment and management of qualified contractors. They oversee responsive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, and all property safety and compliance requirements, helping to ensure homes remain safe, comfortable, and well maintained. 

Housing Management Services

Our Housing Management Team provides a comprehensive housing service to tenants and the wider community. The team consists of Amanda Herson, Housing Officer, and Alex Bell and Fiona Stuart, who share the role of Housing Officer. They are responsible for allocating homes, managing tenancies, providing housing advice and support, assisting tenants to sustain their tenancies, and helping residents access welfare benefits and support services, provided by AFTAR. 

The team also manages rent accounts, works to prevent and address rent arrears, and is responsible for estate management matters, including addressing anti-social behaviour and investigating complaints. Their aim is to deliver a responsive, supportive, and customer-focused service that helps create sustainable tenancies and thriving communities.
