Update on Abronhill Housing Association’s Strategic Partnership Prospectus
Abronhill Housing Association (AHA) recently completed a sector-wide invitation for Registered Social Landlords to express interest in working with us through a Strategic Partnership Prospectus. The submission period closed on 16 January 2026, and we can confirm that no formal offers were received.
While this outcome means that a strategic partnership will not be progressed at this time, AHA remains fully committed to our tenants, our community, and to maintaining high-quality local services. We will now take this opportunity to develop a new, forward-looking strategy that focuses on strengthening our homes, investing in our community, and ensuring our services continue to deliver the excellent standards that our tenants expect.
Over the coming months, we will be shaping a refreshed strategic direction that reflects the priorities tenants have told us matter most — including local presence, affordability, quality repairs, and investment in homes.
We want to reassure all tenants and stakeholders that nothing changes in the day-to-day services you receive. AHA continues to operate independently, and our staff remain here in Abronhill, ready to support you.
